Hotel

Bally’s Las Vegas Casino Hotel is located at 3645 Las Vegas Boulevard South (see map) and is about 15 minutes from McCarran International Airport. The hotel’s main phone number is (702) 967-4111. 

Reservations at Bally's Las Vegas have already been made for all attending out-of-state legislators. Except for incidentals, these will be billed directly to Progressive States Network. To check-in, simply provide your name at the front desk.

All of the Legislative Leadership Retreat and EARN Conference events will be held in the Skyview Meeting Rooms located on the 26th Floor of the North Tower at Bally's.  

Conference Registration

Registration will open at 3pm on Monday, December 8th and will be located just outside Skyview 5 Meeting Room.

Directions from the Airport

Shuttle Services:

McCarran Airport has a variety of shuttle services.  The shuttle services are located on the west side of baggage claim, outside door exits 7-13. This is the cheapest way to get to/from the hotel. I have listed a couple below:

Ambassador/Ritz
Strip hotels: $6.50 ($13 round trip)
Downtown hotels: $8 ($16 round trip)

Taxi:

A taxi will cost approximately $15. There is a $1.80 charge on all fares originating at the airport. The maximum number of passengers allowed in any taxi is five.

Parking:

If you will be parking at the hotel, Bally’s has free parking. The garage is located between Bally’s and Paris Casino Hotels.

Attire

Casual dress is encouraged.
