that he will hold public hearings to make clear the impact of AOL's proposal. Florez is also discussing amending existing "net neutrality" legislation to include email in the proposal.
Opposition to AOL's plan is being led by Dear AOL
, a coalition of 600 groups, including political organizations from all points on the spectrum.
