1,000+ Legislators Sign Historic Climate Change Letter

As of today, 1,198 state legislators from 49 states have signed a letter to U.S. President Barack Obama and the U.S. Congress in support of clean energy legislation that strengthens national security, promotes clean energy technologies and sustainable jobs, and addresses the impacts of climate change.

State Immigration Policy to Promote National Change

The national debate on immigration will be heating up in the coming months with the recent introduction of a new comprehensive immigration reform proposal by Congressman Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) and a likely proposal from Senators Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC).
